Compiled by: Grimby Location: Rock Bottom at the Westminster Promenade Attendees: Michael, Amy, Cory, Kevin, Dan, Leah, Courtney, Abby, Shane, Jeff, Kim, Kat, Slick McFavorite & Mrs. Slick, Sara, Jana, Zac, Mac, Jonathan, Linda, Andre 2000, Scott, Jyn, Sarah, Lisa, Ben Notes: - St. Patrick's Day Parade - Saturday March 14th. We will be out in full force complete with X-wing and the landspeeder float. We will be a featured group in the parade! All are welcome to attend. Several folks from out of state will be joining us as well. Contact ZOO if you would like sitting space on the speeder. See the St. Patrick's Day thread for more details.
- StarFest - April 17-19. We will be doing a fan table again this year as well as a panel. Grimby will send in the registration forms ASAP as well as the panel info. Speaking of which, we, uh, kind of need to figure out what our panel is going to be. If you have any ideas, please contact Grimby. So far, the ideas are How to Build a Float, and How to Organize a Fan Club. Grimby will start recruiting volunteers to man the table a few weeks before the con. Please see this thread if you would like to volunteer. Unfortunately, we will not be bringing the speeder to the con after complications with insurance and the speeder's location could not be overcome.
- We will not be entering the costume contest for the GI Joe group costumes, though we still plan on running around the con together and taking over StarFest.
- The 501st will be putting on a charity auction at StarFest in memory of the passing of the daughter of one of the founding members. If you have any items you wish to donate, please contact our CR, DieWompRatDie
- Amy almost died, but Micheal saved her just in time. (She got better.)
- If you are interested in skiing or snowboarding, please contact Darth_Tofu. She needs more excuses for hitting the slopes.
- Next month's meeting will be on Saturday, March 21st at Perkins off I-25 and Colorado Blvd.
- If you are interested in purchasing one of those ultra-cool RMFF t-shirts, please vote and post in this thread. The CR would like to know if there is enough interest to do another run.
- Our illustrious treasurer, SITH__CHICK, reports that we have a whopping $2.45 in the RMFF treasury.

Compiled By: Nerfherders Location: Lodos Bar & Grill - Westminster Attendees: Jonathan, Linda, Jason, Melody, Amy, Michael, Kim, Shane, Courtney, Abby, Lisa, Julie, Regina Notes: - A big thanks goes out to Kim for being CR and doing a great job. We welcome Jonathan as the new CR and Melody as the new Member at Large. Kim is now Treasurer.
- New Meeting Place. It was decided that we would try the Perkins at I-25 and Colorado Blvd, across from Dave and Busters, as the meeting place for next month. The next meeting will be Sunday, February 22nd.
- RMFF Contact List. We will create a contact list of every member with phone number and email, and will have it held only by the CR and MaL.
- Lisa talked about the boards and how to deal with bad posts and trolls. Please do not respond to them. Say something first to Jonathan, or one of the mods - Lisa, Ben, or Mac. It is their job to take care of those issues.
- Treasurer's Report - Three-fitty?
- St Patrick's Day Parade - Talk about separate entry with the Landspeeder since Forney entry is full. If there isn't enough people to man the Landspeeder, Melody will coordinate with ZOO and the WotR museum to group with the X-wing entry.
- Summer meeting in Pueblo - June is a possibility.
- Sith's call December Christmas Party.
- Courtney and Shane call Summer Party.
- G.I. Joe Group Costume event at Starfest - a reminder to get your costumes started!
- Kim has an idea to do a group event at Starfest with Urban Peaks and possibly use the Landspeeder.
- Melody is looking into trying to get Celebration 5 here in Denver. Starfest is on board, willing to help. First step is to get capacity data for convo center and hotels and then make a proposal to Lucasfilm.
- Jana and Ski Trip. There is some interest but it is evident that Jana needs to take leadership of it. Amy's parents' house in Silverthorne is available with advance notice.
- Amy's next improv performance is on February 8th, in the afternoon.
- Kitt is being placed in his new home on Tuesday. A big grats to Jonathan and Linda for taking him into their home and taking care of the little guy.
