Physical Description: The all around good guy. Blonde hair and green eyes, he is the head of The Chandrillan Defense force, and carrying with it the creation of Chandrila's first Navy. His demeanor is cool, calm, collective, and compassionate-he always helps a person in need. He is physically fit, and takes pride in his grooming.

Background: Born and bred on Chandrila. He lived with his family until he joined the military at 18 yrs old. But when he reached 34 yrs old, he had risen high and was asked to spearhead the defense of Chandrila as a whole. He started with the project, and it seems to have success, even though it is in its infant stages...

Personality/Dress: Prefers the sky-blue jumpsuit worn by the pilots in the fleet. But when the occasion calls for it, he is well suited to the Chandrillan Dress uniform. The uniform is a solid sky-blue tunic with light brown slacks. The colors are to remind them of their home planet. Each uniform is personally tailored to the person, with the colors of their home city adorned in stripes across the right shoulder, chest, and arm. Silvas' stripes are blood red, the colors of the capital of Chandrilla. Also known to wear civilian clothes, especially when undercover.
