memorial for the fallen fans on
the x-wing
In an effort
to pay tribute to some fans that have lost their lives and were not able
to witness any of these events, we decided to include a memorial in
Aurebesh (the fictious written language of the Star Wars Universe) on
the side of the hull. While it was traveling the country we lost two more
people in
fandom, so their names were added as part of the FIDM
Exhibit Fan Day activities. Listed below is the dedication and the names
of those on the memorial (in
both Aurebesh and English). May they
all rest in peace.
